Binarie was founded in November of 2020 by Scott Dial in Indiana to provide high quality engineering and product development for commercial and military customers after more than 15 years of experience delivering software and hardware products to private company's and the Department of Defense.

Founder
Scott Dial began his career during high school working on contract to Texas Instruments to develop assembly language programs for their line of graphing calculators. In 2003, Scott launched his first company with AirAIM LLC providing web-based instant-messaging service, which was ranked in the Top 5,000 most-visited sites on the web before ceasing operations in 2014. In 2006, Scott graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science having been awarded the Atkins Outstanding Senior Thesis Award. Scott was awarded a K. Jon Barwise Fellowship to attend Indiana University Bloomington in pursuit of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science. In 2008, Scott graduated with his Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science. Scott performed research and published in case-based reasoning (CBR) and real-time distributed systems. In 2011, Scott joined a small software company focused on Department of Defense surveillance systems and became a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) in 2013. Through his career, Scott has delivered countless products from idea to the end users.
